One of our most important objectives indicated in our Quality Policy is to manufacture and supply products on time and with the quality required by our customers.<\/p>\n

In each of the phases of our projects, the necessary verifications are carried out to meet the requirements of the client. These are defined in the Control Plan for each article and phase<\/strong>. The results of the measurements taken are recorded on the touch screens located in the different spaces of the factory.<\/p>\n

The Quality Control<\/strong> that takes place is very precise because we use state-of-the-art measuring equipment such as microscopes, optical and non-contact measuring machines (e.g. Vici-vision), and three-dimensional machines among many others.<\/p>\n

In IME we have an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system that is connected to the different machines and a command centre<\/strong>\u00a0which monitors what happens in the plant at all times.<\/p>\n

We use as information links machine connections, barcodes, touch screens, connection of digital control devices, etc.<\/p>\n

Likewise, our ERP called “GESIN” carries out the statistical control of the quality parameters defined in the Control Plan from the results recorded in the program.<\/p>\n

We can obtain a control chart for variable processes or attributes, depending on the characteristic to be measured, and we can also assess the Capacity of the Machine (Cpk).<\/p>\n
