An added value of our company is to supply fully finished parts. To do this, in addition to focusing on turning and machining, we have a department for welding and others for engraving, grinding, cleaning and assembly.
Welding
We have extensive experience in small mechanical welding assembly lines using TIG and MIG as well with oxyacetylene.
Engraving
We offer our customers a part-engraving service, either by drill bit or laser.This service can be performed during the manufacturing process of the part itself, i.e. on the lathe or in the machining centre. Or it can be carried out later on our laser or drill engraving machine.
Grinding
IME offers the option to grind flat surfaces thanks to our GER CNC grinding machine whose working plane is 1500mm x 700mm.
Cleaning
Another service that offers added value to parts is cleaning. The goal is to deliver parts to our customers in perfect condition for use and free of oils and stains. For this, we have a robotic ultrasonic line with 8 vats plus a continuous drying oven of between 100ºC or 120ºC, depending on the material.
Also, we use conventional orbital washers and centrifugal dryers, and a degreasing and anti-rust cleaning line. Finally, we offer our customers several vibration cleaner lines according to the dimensions of the parts.
Assembly
The process of assembly of components increases the value of the service offered to our customers, always following their work instructions or indicated guidelines.
Specific quality control
And finally, final verification tests are carried out on the parts required by our customers, such as hydraulic testing machines up to 2,500 bar pressure.
