On the other hand, we guarantee the traceability of each product throughout the value chain (from the raw material and treatments to the finished product), all strictly documented and available to our customers, if required (material certificates, certificates of treatments carried out, etc.).

In IME we have an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system that is connected to the different machines and a command centre which monitors what happens in the plant at all times.
This allows you to view information regarding the productivity, production pace, errors and statistics at all times and in real time.
We use as information links machine connections, barcodes, touch screens, connection of digital control devices, etc.
Likewise, our ERP called “GESIN” carries out the statistical control of the quality parameters defined in the Control Plan from the results recorded in the program.
We can obtain a control chart for variable processes or attributes, depending on the characteristic to be measured, and we can also assess the Capacity of the Machine (Cpk).
